This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) applies to the information and data that Ten4 Intelligence Inc. and its subsidiaries (“Ten4 Intelligence”,”Ten4”, “We”, “we”, “Us”, “us”,”Our”, or “our”) collects when you visit Our websites, including, but not limited to https://ten4intelligence.com (the “Site”), mobile applications, content, products, services, and the related communications and interactions you have with us (collectively, the “Service(s)”).“You” refers to the individual or the organization on whose behalf you are accepting this policy (“you”, “your”, “yours”, or “Customer”).
For all non-U.S. users of, or visitors to, the Site, any information you provide, including any personal information, will be transferred to and processed by, a computer server located within the United States. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy and U.S. law, which may be less stringent than the law where you reside.

Ten4 Intelligence reserves the right to revise this Privacy Policy at any time for any reason. 3. Information You Provide Us
When you are asked to provide personal information, you may decline. And you may use web browser or operating system controls to prevent certain types of automatic data collection. But if you choose not to provide or allow information that is necessary for certain Services or features, those Services or features may not be available or fully functional.
When you visit the Site and/or use the Ten4 Intelligence Service, and depending on the purpose of your visit or use, you may provide us with following information:
  • Registration Information: We collect personal identifiers such as your name, email address, company, telephone number, username and credentials, professional or employment related information, URL to a third-party website, username and email address, and credentials such as your password, during account creation.
  • Business Information: We collect customer vehicles information, including, without limitation, in connection with the transportation of loads, which may include, DOT/MC number, the license plate number, make and model, costs and payments, we collect information regarding the driver(s) operating and/or driving the customer vehicle, including but not limited, the driver' name, drives license, phone number, payroll information and preferences.
  • Referral Information: We collect name, email and company information related to any referral details you provided to us
  • Payment and Billing Information: If you make a purchase or engage in other financial transactions, we only collect your payment history, all payments handled exclusively by our third-party payment processor.
  • Files and Content: We collect any text, photographs, documents, or other files you upload to our Service; and if you send us email messages or other communications, we collect and retain those communications.
  • Ratings and Feedback: We collect any feedback or ratings you provide, including through written communications and via surveys.
4. Information We Collect Automatically
When you use or interact with the Site and/or Ten4 Intelligence Service, we may automatically collect information about you, including:
  • Log Information: We log information about your use of the Services, including the type of browser you use, access times, pages viewed, your IP address and the page you visited before navigating to the Services.
  • Device Information: We collect information about the computer or mobile device you use to access the Services, including the hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers and mobile network information.
  • Information Collected by Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies: We and our service providers use various technologies, including cookies and web beacons, to collect information about you when you interact with our Services, including information about your browsing behavior and user experience, track which areas and features of the Services are popular and count visits. We may also collect information using web beacons (also known as "tracking pixels"). In some instances, we may choose to anonymize your personal data instead of deleting it for statistical use. When we choose to anonymize, we make sure that there is no way that the personal data can be linked back to you or any specific user.

You may have the right to request access to and receive details about the personal information Ten4 Intelligence maintain about you and how we have processed it, update and correct inaccuracies, get a copy of, or delete your personal information. These rights may be limited in some circumstances by applicable law.
  • Access, Editing and Deletion: You can submit a request to access, edit or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent, by emailing us at privacy@ten4intelligence.com.
  • Direct Marketing: If you would like to opt out of receiving direct marketing mail or promotional emails from us, please contact us at privacy@ten4intelligence.com. Please understand that if you opt out of receiving promotional correspondence from us, we may still contact you in connection with your Account, activities, transactions, and communications with us.
  • California Shine the Light: Customers who are residents of California may request information concerning the categories of personal information (if any) We share with service providers or vendors for their direct marketing purposes. 9. Cookies
Cookies are required for the correct functioning of the Site. Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive or in device memory that allows us to identify your session and provide proper experience. If you disable cookies in the browser settings you won't be able to access the Site.

10. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not intended for use by children. Without limiting the foregoing, Ten4 Intelligence does not target persons under the age of 16 and does not knowingly collect personal data from minors. Therefore, we ask you not to provide us with personal information of persons under the age of 16. If we learn that personal information of persons under 16 years of age has been collected on or through the Service, then we may deactivate the account or otherwise terminate access to the Site. Unless specifically requested, we ask that you not send us, and you not disclose on or through our Websites or otherwise to provide your sensitive personal information unless specifically requested by us or required by law.

We have put in place reasonable physical, technical, and administrative security measures designed to prevent your personal information from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed, but no security measures are perfect; the risk of a data breach is possible, by using Ten4 Intelligence Services, you understand and assume the risks associated with your activities on the internet.
