This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) applies to the information and data that Ten4 Intelligence Inc., a Delaware corporation, and its affiliates (collectively, “Ten4 Intelligence”,”Ten4”, “We”, “we”, “Us”, “us”,”Our”, or “our”) collects when you visit Our websites, including, but not limited to https://ten4intelligence.com (the “Site”), mobile applications, content, products, services, and the related communications and interactions you have with us (collectively, the “Service(s)”).“You” refers to the individual or the organization on whose behalf you are accepting this policy (“you”, “your”, “yours”, or “Customer”).
If you access or use the Services from outside the United States, your personal information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other countries where Ten4 Intelligence or its service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country of residence. Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.
2. Modification
Ten4 Intelligence reserves the right to revise this Privacy Policy at any time for any reason. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our homepage or sending you an email notification). 3. Information You Provide Us
When you are asked to provide personal information, you may decline. And you may use web browser or operating system controls to prevent certain types of automatic data collection. But if you choose not to provide or allow information that is necessary for certain Services or features, those Services or features may not be available or fully functional.
When you visit the Site and/or use the Ten4 Intelligence Service, and depending on the purpose of your visit or use, you may provide us with following information:
  • Registration Information: We collect personal identifiers and account information such as your name, email address, company, telephone number, username, job or professional information, and authentication information necessary to create and secure your account.
  • Business Information: We collect customer vehicles information, including, without limitation, in connection with the transportation of loads, which may include, DOT/MC number, the license plate number, make and model, costs and payments, we collect information regarding the driver(s) operating and/or driving the customer vehicle, including but not limited, the driver' name, drives license, phone number, payroll information and preferences.
  • Captured Images: Our mobile applications allow to use the camera on your mobile device to enable certain features. These features enable you to scan work-related documents and to capture photos to document accidents, breakdowns, and damaged freight, and to share those images with your employer or broker.
  • Location Information: When enabled and authorized, our mobile applications may collect approximate or precise geographic location information from your mobile device, including while certain location-based features are in use. We use this information to provide location-based features such as vehicle or driver tracking, trip and load status, arrival and departure information, and related transportation operations. Location information may be made available to authorized users of the Customer account, including dispatchers, brokers, or other parties designated by the Customer, and to service providers as necessary to operate these features. Collection of location information depends on your device permissions and applicable settings.
  • Business Transfers: We may disclose or transfer personal information in connection with, or during negotiations concerning, a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or other corporate transaction involving all or part of Ten4 Intelligence's business.
  • Customer-Directed Sharing: We may share personal information with parties at the direction of our Customers or users, including carriers, brokers, dispatchers, drivers, customers, vendors, integrations, and other parties with whom a Customer chooses to communicate or share information through the Services.
  • Referral Information: We collect name, email and company information related to any referral details you provided to us
  • Payment and Billing Information: If you make a purchase or engage in other financial transactions, we only collect your payment history, all payments handled exclusively by our third-party payment processor.
  • Files and Content: We collect any text, photographs, documents, or other files you upload to our Service; and if you send us email messages or other communications, we collect and retain those communications.
  • Ratings and Feedback: We collect any feedback or ratings you provide, including through written communications and via surveys.
4. Information We Collect Automatically
When you use or interact with the Site and/or Ten4 Intelligence Service, we may automatically collect information about you, including:
  • Log Information: We log information about your use of the Services, including the type of browser you use, access times, pages viewed, your IP address and the page you visited before navigating to the Services.
  • Device Information: We collect information about the computer or mobile device you use to access the Services, including the hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers and mobile network information.
  • Information Collected by Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies: We and our service providers use various technologies, including cookies and web beacons, to collect information about you when you interact with our Services, including information about your browsing behavior and user experience, track which areas and features of the Services are popular and count visits. We may also collect information using web beacons (also known as "tracking pixels"). Web beacons are electronic images that may be used in the Services or emails and help deliver cookies, count visits, understand usage and campaign effectiveness and determine whether an email has been opened and acted upon.   • Customer-Controlled Data: Where Ten4 Intelligence processes personal information on behalf of a Customer, such as an employer, carrier, broker, or other organization using the Services, that Customer may be responsible for responding to your privacy request. In such cases, we may direct you to the applicable Customer or assist that Customer in responding to your request as required by applicable law.
  • Direct Marketing: You may opt out of promotional emails by using the unsubscribe instructions included in those communications or by contacting us at privacy@ten4intelligence.com. Even if you opt out of promotional communications, we may continue to send transactional, administrative, security, and other non-marketing communications relating to your account or use of the Services.
9. Cookies
Cookies and similar technologies are required for the proper functioning, security, authentication, and operation of certain portions of the Site and Services. Cookies are small data files stored on your device that allow us to identify and maintain your session, authenticate your account, remember preferences, and provide the Services. The Services are not intended for use by children. Without limiting the foregoing, Ten4 Intelligence does not target persons under the age of 16 and does not knowingly collect personal data from minors. Therefore, we ask you not to provide us with personal information of persons under the age of 16. If we learn that personal information of persons under 16 years of age has been collected on or through the Service, then we may deactivate the account or otherwise terminate access to the Site. Certain features of the Services may require or involve the processing of information that may be considered sensitive personal information under applicable law, such as precise geolocation, driver's license information, financial or payroll-related information, or other information necessary to provide the Services.
We process sensitive personal information only as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, comply with applicable law, maintain security, or for other purposes permitted by applicable law.
Unless specifically requested or necessary to use the Services, please do not submit sensitive personal information through the Services.

We have put in place reasonable physical, technical, and administrative security measures designed to prevent your personal information from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed, but no security measures are perfect; the risk of a data breach is possible, by using Ten4 Intelligence Services, you understand and assume the risks associated with your activities on the internet.
