Learn tricks and tips on how to use our Chrome Browser Extension and take the full advantage of our platform in under 10 mins
1. Requirements
2. Send Emails to Brokers
In order to send emails to brokers you need to create personalized email template(s) which would be pre-filled with information directly from the load board. You also need to connect your personal email. All emails would be sent on your behalf using your connected email so all responses from brokers would come back directly to your inbox. You can have multiple emails and multiple templates. Choose "primary" email and template for automatically pre-filled emails.
Email templates are highly configurable. You can choose among number of fields you want us to add to your personalized email template. Additionally, you can add custom email signature using your profile and company information.

3. Profit and Preferences
In order to see loads' profit you need to select a truck. For every supported load board we will add Ten4 Intelligence settings panel at the top of the page where you can select trucks from your account. After you select/change a truck, profits/losses or expenses will be immediately updated.
If you only want to use our plugin to send brokers automated emails you don't need to select a truck.

4. Account Changes
Every time you edit trucks, drivers or fleets information such as costs, payments and preferences, it is required to upload that data to your chrome extension. Simply open our chrome extension again and wait for the progress indicator to disappear. It's that simple!
5. Not Supported Load Boards
Using a load board that is not supported? Not a problem! It's still way more convenient to use our chrome extension to send emails: simply provide an email of a broker and click send.
Use our profit calculator when negotiating a rate, it is important to understand the profit, because it's the best metric to decide which load you should book.
Please let us know which load board you want us to support next!
